  • Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive program plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, resources, material requirements, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate activities across Engineering, Production, Material Control, Procurement, Planning, Quality, Sales, and other supporting departments to ensure program objectives and customer commitments remain aligned.
  • Monitor program performance, including schedule, cost, margin, quality, material availability, risks, open issues, and scope changes.
  • Proactively identify program concerns and coordinate mitigation, contingency, and recovery actions to maintain successful execution.
  • Monitor program financial performance, identify budget variances and margin risks, and coordinate opportunities to improve program profitability while maintaining quality and customer commitments.
  • Facilitate program meetings, customer reviews, design reviews, production readiness activities, and launch milestones.
