Raytheon is seeking a Program Manager for the Advanced Early Warning & Reconnaissance Systems (AEWRS) portfolio. This is a highly visible program area within the Surveillance & Tactical Radars Solutions (STaRS) Portfolio working directly with Northrop Grumman, U.S. Navy, and other U.S. government (USG) entities in all facets of the product lifecycle (production, sustainment and new development). You will be expected to set strategy, vision and direction for successful execution of ongoing programs as well as delivering new business to the portfolio. The key tenets of the AEWRS portfolio include people-centric, customer-focused execution, product affordability, product integrity, and on-time deliveries. This role is onsite located in El Segundo, California.

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD.
