Job summary

Community Care Center is seeking a Program Manager for the PM shift to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned programs, supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, and maintain high standards of care.

You will coordinate activities, monitor client progress, contribute to treatment planning, provide staff training, and uphold safety and infection control protocols while maintaining thorough documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with mentally ill or developmentally disabled individuals.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support program staff, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities and schedules.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and client progress.
• Participate in treatment planning and quality assurance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and residents’ rights policies.
• Provide training and support to staff as needed.
• Meet with direct reports on a monthly basis, or as needed, to offer support and guidance with assigned caseload, duties and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Frequent computer use, standing, and mobility.
• Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and physical intervention with residents (up to 300 lbs. with assistance).

• Requires strong sensory abilities (hearing, vision, communication).
