Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with mentally ill or developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and physical intervention with residents (up to 300 lbs. with assistance).

  • Requires strong sensory abilities (hearing, vision, communication).
