Job summary

The Ash Group is seeking a Program Manager for a 12-month contract in Denver, CO (Hybrid). You will oversee multi-workstream efforts to design and deploy a Coupa Hosted Catalog, drive governance, and coordinate with IT, Procurements, and legal teams to ensure delivery against budget and schedule.

The role requires 7+ years leading large programs and hands-on experience with Coupa or similar procurement platforms, plus deep P2P knowledge.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading large cross-functional technology or business transformation programs.
• Experience implementing Coupa, Ariba, Oracle Procurement, SAP SRM, Jaggaer, or similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of procure-to-pay processes including requisitioning, sourcing, contracts, catalogs, POs, receiving, invoicing, supplier enablement.
• Experience designing hosted catalog solutions and product/content management.
• Experience coordinating system integrations between procurement platforms and ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of procurement master data, supplier and catalog governance.

Responsibilities

• Define governance, controls, and operating processes for catalog content, supplier onboarding, maintenance, and program delivery.
• Develop and maintain the program roadmap, implementation plan, resource plan, budget, and exec reporting.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers to establish catalog requirements and operating models.
• Lead business process design to align catalog functionality with Procurement and P2P objectives.
• Manage vendor, consulting, and implementation partner activities to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Summary

The Ash Group is hiring a Program Manager (24597) for our client, a major electricity and natural gas utility provider. This is a 12-month contract position working in Denver, CO (Hybrid). We are offering a pay rate up to $55 per hour W2 based on skill set.

• Compensation: Up to $55/hr W2
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and direct primary care benefits. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee all workstreams required to successfully design, build, test, and deploy the Coupa Hosted Catalog solution.
• Define governance, controls, and operating processes required to manage catalog content, supplier onboarding, catalog maintenance, and ongoing program delivery.
• Develop and maintain the overall program roadmap, implementation plan, resource plan, budget, and executive reporting.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers to establish catalog requirements and operating models.
• Lead business process design activities to align catalog functionality with Procurement and P2P objectives.
• Manage vendor, consulting, and implementation partner activities to ensure delivery against scope, schedule, and budget commitments.

What We’re Looking For

• Must have 7+ years leading large, cross-functional technology or business transformation programs.
• Must have demonstrated experience implementing Coupa, Ariba, Oracle Procurement, SAP SRM, Jaggaer, or similar procurement platforms.
• Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including requisitioning, sourcing, contracts, catalogs, purchase orders, receiving, invoicing, and supplier enablement is required.
• Experience designing and implementing hosted catalog solutions and product/content management processes is a must
• Must have experience coordinating system integrations between procurement platforms and ERP systems (SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of procurement master data, vendor master, material/item data, UNSPSC classifications, and catalog governance is a must.
