Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead the Coupa Hosted Catalog implementation program for enterprise procurement capabilities in the United States. You will partner with Procurement, IT, Finance, and external suppliers to define requirements and operating models, drive governance, and ensure successful go-live of catalog solutions.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience with procurement/P2P expertise, Coupa platform mastery, and strong executive communication skills for

Qualifications

8+ years in program management of enterprise technology implementations.
5+ years in procurement, sourcing, supplier enablement, or P2P solutions.
Demonstrated success leading procurement catalog implementations through go-live.
Strong Coupa platform expertise and procurement technology ecosystem.
Knowledge of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes (requisitioning, sourcing, contracts, catalogs, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, supplier management).
Experience coordinating procurement platform integrations with ERP solutions (e.g., SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Coupa Hosted Catalog implementation program.
Develop program roadmaps, plans, timelines, budgets, and executive reporting.
Coordinate business, functional, technical, and supplier workstreams.
Define requirements and operating models with cross-functional partners.
Establish governance, catalog standards, and supplier onboarding procedures.
Drive Procure-to-Pay process design.
Manage implementation partners, consultants, and vendors against scope, schedule, budget.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment across teams and leaders.
Oversee Coupa and ERP integrations (SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA).
Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect remediation, and production readiness.
Lead change management, communications, training, and adoption.
Monitor risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations.
Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to operational support.
Contribute to ERP transformation and procurement modernization.

Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Coupa Hosted Catalog implementation program
Develop and manage program roadmaps, implementation plans, timelines, budgets, and executive reporting
Coordinate business, functional, technical, and supplier workstreams
Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, IT, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers to define requirements and operating models
Establish governance processes, controls, catalog management standards, and supplier onboarding procedures
Drive business process design aligned to Procure-to-Pay objectives
Manage implementation partners, consultants, and vendors against scope, schedule, and budget commitments
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making across teams and leadership levels
Oversee Coupa and ERP platform integration activities, including SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect remediation, and production readiness activities
Lead change management, communication, training, and adoption initiatives
Monitor risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations
Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to operational support teams
Contribute to broader ERP transformation and long-term procurement modernization objectives

Requirements

8+ years of Program Management or Project Management experience leading complex enterprise technology implementations
5+ years of experience delivering Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Enablement, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions
Demonstrated success leading procurement catalog implementations through go-live
Strong experience with Coupa platforms and procurement technology ecosystems
Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, including requisitioning, sourcing, contracts, catalogs, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and supplier management
Experience coordinating procurement platform integrations with ERP solutions
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience managing large, cross-functional transformation programs involving business and technology teams
Expertise in governance, risk management, resource planning, budgeting, and executive reporting
Experience utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational change management capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred
PMP certification preferred
Additional Agile, PgMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications highly valued
Direct experience implementing Coupa Hosted Catalogs is advantageous
Experience with Coupa Procurement, Coupa P2P, Coupa Supplier Management, or related modules is advantageous
SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is advantageous
Knowledge of Punchout, cXML, OCI, EDI, supplier connectivity standards, and catalog content management is advantageous
Utility, energy, or other highly regulated industry experience is advantageous
Experience establishing supplier onboarding governance models and catalog operating frameworks is advantageous
Experience with catalog platforms beyond Coupa is advantageous
Must be authorized to work in the United States
