Job summary

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Operations Program Manager for the NH Regional Office in Concord, NH. This full-time, onsite role involves coordinating health care delivery with the NH Department of Corrections and administrative leadership to resolve issues and improve patient care.

The position requires 5+ years of management experience, with a BSN preferred and RN license preferred. Travel to NH DOC facilities may be required; correctional experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred or bachelor’s level in a related field.
• Registered Nurse license preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with NH Department of Corrections and leadership to resolve health care delivery issues.
• Consult with NH Director of Medical & Forensic Services and site administrators on health services issues.
• Consult with clinical leadership on complex patient management issues.
• Act as liaison between Wexford Health and NH Department of Corrections and facility administration.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within contract facilities.

Position Summary

• Serve as the liaison and be responsible for working with NH Department of Corrections, Division of Medical & Forensic Services leadership to resolve issues related to health care delivery.
• Consult with NH Director of Medical & Forensic Services and site administrators regarding health services issues of an administrative nature.
• Consult with Chief Medical Officer, Chief Psychiatric Officer, Chief Dental Officer and other clinical operating staff regarding unusual clinical issues of a complex nature, which involve patient management.
• Responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the state's overall health care delivery system by acting as a liaison between Wexford Health and the NH Department of Corrections; institution administration, department heads, and subordinates.
• Executes policies and procedures governing staff compliance with health, safety, and security standards within the facilities of his/her contract.

Job Requirements

TRAVEL: May be required to travel to any NHDOC facility

LICENSING: Registered Nurse license preferred

EDUCATION: BSN degree preferred or bachelors level in a related field

Experience Minimum of give (5) years management experience

Correctional experience a plus.
