Limitless Community Development (LCD) is a South Carolina-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening access to support, knowledge, and resources for underserved communities. Through innovative programs and strategic partnerships, LCD works to improve food security, financial capability, housing stability, disability advocacy, language access, health navigation, and community engagement across the Midlands and surrounding counties.

Position Summary
The Program Manager is a key leadership position responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating LCD’s community programs. This individual ensures programs are delivered with excellence, comply with grant and contractual requirements, and advances the mission of our nonprofit organization.
The Program Manager works closely with the Executive leadership, staff, volunteers, community partners, funders, and participants to ensure programs operate efficiently and produce measurable community impact. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, mission-driven, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of community programs.
- Develop annual work plans, implementation timelines, and measurable program goals.
- Monitor program performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all services are delivered professionally, efficiently, and compassionately.
- Identify opportunities to expand programs and increase community impact.
Staff & Volunteer Management
- Supervise interns and volunteers.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and mission-focused work environment.
Grant & Contract Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all grant requirements, contracts, and organizational policies.
- Track deliverables, reporting deadlines, and participant outcomes.
- Maintain accurate participant records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with grant reporting by preparing data, success stories, and narratives.
Community Partnerships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, government agencies, schools, healthcare providers, corporate partners, and faith-based organizations.
- Represent LCD at meetings, events, coalitions, and networking opportunities.
- Identify collaborative opportunities that strengthen community impact.
Data Collection & Evaluation
- Track program outcomes and performance measures.
- Prepare monthly reports and dashboards.
- Utilize data to improve program effectiveness and demonstrate community impact.
- Support organizational evaluation and strategic planning efforts.
- Maintain organized program files and databases.
Event & Community Engagement
- Provide leadership and operational support for LCD programs and events
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent nonprofit leadership experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing community programs, nonprofit initiatives, or human service programs.
- Experience supervising staff or volunteers.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Experience with grant-funded programs.
- Knowledge of nonprofit operations and grant compliance.
- Familiarity with community outreach and partnership development.
- Experience with data collection, reporting, and program evaluation.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during community events.
- Ability to travel throughout LCD’s service area.
- Occasional evening and weekend work required.

Within the first year, the Program Manager will:
- Ensure all assigned grants and contracts remain fully compliant.
- Successfully manage multiple community programs simultaneously.
- Strengthen relationships with community partners.
- Improve program efficiency and participant outcomes.
- Submit accurate and timely reports.
- Help increase volunteer engagement.
- Support successful execution of LCD’s major community events.
- Contribute to the continued growth and sustainability of the organization.
