Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead global development programs in enclosure design and hydrogen infrastructure. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and risks, and communicate program status to stakeholders.

The role requires PMP certification, supervisory experience, and at least three years in product development project management, with strong emphasis on hydrogen or related industries. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field of study.
• PMP Certification strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience in product development.
• Experience in Hydrogen and/or fuel cells, industrial gas, cryogenic industry, high pressure systems (250 Bar and up), gas processing and/or dispensing equipment, oil and gas, CNG, LNG, logistics/material handling is preferred and highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage global development projects involving enclosure design/manufacturing, common platform architectures and/or H2 infrastructure.
• Manage communication with internal employees, external vendors, customers and joint ventures.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, sales, supply chain, quality, manufacturing and service teams.
• Create and maintain complex project schedules and resource plans.
• Document launch scope and budget and create product charters.
• Lead teams through requirements, development, technical design, vendor/subcontractor work, manufacturing/assembly, validation, quality and product release stages.
• Manage customer and joint venture scope-change requests, conflict and risk.
• Advise company management on program statuses and risks.
• Anticipate schedule delays and initiate alternative action plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional design reviews and phase gates.
• Track deliverables, KPIs, roadmap targets and budgets.
• Represent Plug professionally in written and verbal communications.
• Perform other assigned duties.
