Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

For one of our clients in Chicago, we are searching for a fully remote SAP Program Manager to lead a major digital transformation initiative.

In this permanent role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programs, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful adoption of SAP solutions across the organization. You will drive stakeholder alignment, optimize program processes, and facilitate technology and change management to achieve business objectives.

Skills required:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP project and program management, including large-scale SAP S/4HANA or cloud transformation programs
• Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing high-value, multi-phase SAP implementations
• Strong expertise in program governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and agile project delivery
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage executive-level stakeholders
• Certifications in project/program management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
