Job summary

Blink UX in Charlotte is seeking a Program Manager for a 3-4 month onsite engagement with a financial client. You will lead the delivery of a complex technical program from planning through launch and handoff to operations, keeping timelines, scope, budget, risks, and stakeholders aligned.

Responsibilities include managing the overall schedule, changes, RAID logs, vendor coordination, testing and sign-off, and regular executive updates.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of program or project management experience supporting technical initiatives.
  • Experience managing large-scale programs with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
  • Strong background in integrated project planning, scheduling, and critical path management.
  • Experience creating and managing RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Demonstrated success managing fixed-bid or fixed-price projects, including scope changes and governance.
  • Experience coordinating software releases, deployment readiness, and acceptance processes.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ability to prepare and present program status, risks, financials, and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Blink UX is seeking a Program Manager with experience supporting technical initiatives for an upcoming engagement. This is a 3-4 month engagement onsite in Charlotte supporting one of Blink's financial clients.

We are looking for a Program Manager with experience leadingthe delivery of a complex technical program from initial planning through launch and handoff to the operations team.   • Experience coordinating software releases, deployment readiness, and acceptance processes.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of commitments.
  • Ability to prepare and present program status, risks, financials, and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering cloud, infrastructure, software, or enterprise technology programs.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience leading steering committees and executive governance forums.
