Job summary

Zenex Partners in the United States seeks a Senior Principal Program Manager to partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition on a confidential, large-scale HR initiative.

You will lead governance, planning, and executive reporting, coordinating with executives and cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to drive outcomes.

This role requires over 12 years of PM experience in semiconductor/manufacturing environments and strong Excel/PowerPoint mastery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project or program management experience.
• Direct Semiconductor and Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Agile and Scrum experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience establishing program governance and operating rhythms.
• Ability to work primarily in Pacific Time.
