Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources in Bremerton, WA seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee healthcare operations for military treatment facilities across the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii. The role focuses on patient appointmenting, referral management, and related services in a hybrid work setting.

Lead daily program operations, manage staffing and performance, monitor metrics, and coordinate onboarding and training. Report results to Spectrum leadership and government partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong technical aptitude.

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to support healthcare administrative operations serving military treatment facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii.

This position will provide leadership and operational oversight for teams supporting patient appointing, referral management, and related healthcare services.

Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations, staffing, scheduling, and employee performance

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong technical aptitude
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Secure, reliable high-speed internet
• Ability to complete applicable federal background requirements

Preferred

• Master's degree
• Healthcare operations, federal contracting, DoD, patient access, referral management, or military healthcare experience
