Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support healthcare administrative operations for military facilities. This remote role requires Hawaii residency and focuses on staffing, scheduling, reporting, and daily workflow in a high-volume environment.

The position offers full-time remote work, weekday schedule, benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), PTO and sick time, with occasional travel to Bremerton, WA as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative, operations, team lead, or supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to work effectively in a high-volume remote environment.
• Must currently reside in Hawaii.
• Ability to travel to Bremerton, WA as needed.
• Ability to complete applicable federal background requirements.

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an Assistant Program Manager to support healthcare administrative operations serving Tripler Army Medical Center, Naval Health Clinic Hawaii, and military treatment facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Working closely with the Program Manager, this remote position will assist with staffing, employee coordination, reporting, workflow management, and daily operations. Candidates must currently reside in Hawaii to be considered.
