Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources in Bremerton, WA seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee healthcare administrative operations across military facilities in the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii. You will lead teams handling patient appointments, referral management, and related services to ensure efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong technical aptitude.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to complete applicable federal background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations, staffing, scheduling, and employee performance.
• Monitor productivity, quality, workload, and operational metrics.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and workflow changes.
• Prepare and review reports and performance data.
• Maintain communication with Spectrum leadership and government representatives.
• Support process improvement and contract performance requirements.
