Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support healthcare administrative operations for military facilities in the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii. Based in Bremerton, WA, this hybrid role involves coordinating staffing, reporting, and program operations to ensure efficient daily functions.

You will work closely with the Program Manager, track performance, prepare key reports, and help onboard staff while driving process improvements in a federal contracting

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative/operations or supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong technical aptitude.
• Highly organized and comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to complete applicable federal background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily program operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Track attendance, productivity, training, and performance.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and program documentation.
• Support employee onboarding and workflow changes; assist with process improvements.
• Provide support to the Program Manager and leadership team.

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an Assistant Program Manager to support healthcare administrative operations serving military treatment facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii.

Working closely with the Program Manager, this position will assist with staffing, workflow coordination, employee performance, reporting, and daily program operations.
