Job description

Infosys is seeking a Senior Program Manager—a strategic leader responsible for driving large-scale transformation and service delivery programs by establishing integrated delivery and governance models for global clients.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, including greenfield implementations, where new platforms, processes, and operating models are built from the ground up. This role requires the ability to bridge business strategy, technology, and execution, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustained business value. Experience in leading AI‑enabled programs and leveraging AI to drive efficiency, innovation, and decision‑making will be a key differentiator.

The Program Manager will be accountable for aligning with client objectives, ensuring service resilience and scalability, and delivering high levels of client and end‑user satisfaction. The role spans Service Excellence, Automation, Digital and AI‑led transformation, Customer Experience, and Operations, with a strong emphasis on managing complex, multi‑service line programs at scale.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 22+ years of relevant experience with majority in Information Technology programs
• 12+ years of relevant experience in managing large complex programs in any one of the industry verticals.
• Experience of managing senior stakeholders and complex ecosystem including external partners
• Excellent team management abilities
• Effective communication and team leader
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of the following hub locations (Indianapolis, IN; Richardson, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Hartford, CT; Raleigh, NC; Houston, Bellevue, WA) or willing to relocate to the area.
• Ability to travel extensively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pre‑Sales Support: Program pursuit management, collaboration with other units to develop client‑specific solutions, customer workshops, pre‑RFP discussions, thought leadership to influence and win deals.
• Program Delivery: Define program plan, strategy, and business benefits, manage sponsors and stakeholders, take end‑to‑end bottom‑line responsibility of a pursuit, achieve delivery goals on time, budget, functionality, and quality.
• Staffing and Resourcing: Ensure right staffing for the program and mitigate resourcing issues across areas where skills are to be procured.
• Team Management and Building, risk identification and mitigation, status reporting to internal and customer management, customer business case assistance, financial (budget, vendors) management, networking skill, estimation review.
• Knowledge of Agile practice at program level, ability to identify opportunities and support sales team growth, strong analytical skills in at least one domain or technology area.
• High analytical skills, initiative, flexibility, customer orientation, quality awareness, excellent verbal and written communication.
