Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Project Lead 1 to drive project timing, budgets, and client communications within the Infosys Financial Services unit. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations and SDLC standards.

You will coordinate milestones, manage risks, and contribute to executive-level updates, while navigating relocation/travel requirements to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship may apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely completion.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and clients with regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support SDLC processes ensuring deliverables meet client requirements.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to project budgets aligned with scope and strategy.
• Identify scope changes and new client requests, assist in effort estimation and approvals.

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

• Create executive-level presentations to senior leadership, driving strategic initiatives.
• Leverage visual design best practices to enhance presentation effectiveness.

  Additional Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
