Job summary

Creative Community Living Services, Inc. in Beaver Dam and Juneau is seeking an experienced Program Manager for one AFH home to lead our team in providing exceptional in-home care for individuals with disabilities.

You will supervise caregivers, ensure person-centered, high-quality care, provide training, maintain care plans, coordinate schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance.
