Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Austin, TX is seeking a Program Manager for an 8-month contract on-site. The role focuses on owning project management platforms (Monday.com), intake, prioritization, and end-to-end coordination across stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

The candidate will manage budgets, SOWs, procurement workflows, and invoicing with Ariba, ensuring accuracy and alignment with budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Marketing Operations, Traffic Management, or related field.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects through the full lifecycle.
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Workfront, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing budgets, SOWs, purchase orders, invoices, or procurement-related processes.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: $40/hr to $44/hr on W2

Job Description:
