Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager (Salesforce) to lead complex Salesforce initiatives onsite in Pleasanton, CA. The role requires hands-on Scrum Master skills, robust Agile experience, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams to deliver projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate will manage project plans, risks, and dependencies while communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders. Local onsite presence is mandatory for this 10-month engagement.

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager – Salesforce with strong Salesforce program/project management experience and hands‑on Scrum Master expertise. The candidate will be responsible for managing Salesforce projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams, driving Agile delivery, and ensuring successful project execution.The candidate must be local to the Pleasanton, CA area and available to work onsite five days a week.

Must‑Have Requirements:

• Salesforce Project/Program Management: Strong experience managing Salesforce programs and projects.
• Scrum Master Experience: Prior hands‑on experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Agile/Scrum Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile practices, Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and sprint tracking.
• Project Management: Experience managing project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate business, technical, QA, and delivery teams.
• Delivery Governance: Experience monitoring project progress and ensuring timely project execution.
• Client Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client‑facing discussions and executive reporting.
• Local Availability: Must be local to the Pleasanton, CA area and available to work 100% onsite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce implementation programs.
• Experience managing Salesforce enhancement projects.
