Job summary

Ladders seeks a Program Manager to lead a large, multi-location aerospace and defense program from Arlington, VA. You will supervise 180 employees, coordinate with government stakeholders, manage contractual matters, and drive performance across complex information systems and modernization efforts.

US-based candidates only; visa sponsorship is not available. Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 annually with opportunities for growth and enterprise IT initiatives in a mission-critical

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of program management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
• Proven expertise in managing complex information systems architectures.
• Strong understanding of military systems engineering and logistics business processes.
• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or TS with ability to acquire SCI.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will oversee a large, multi-location program operation with a strong focus on workforce leadership, stakeholder coordination, and program performance. The Program Manager will partner closely with government customers to manage contractual matters, address technical issues, and drive successful delivery across complex information systems and modernization efforts. The position also supports business growth by identifying new opportunities and helping advance enterprise IT solutions in a mission-critical environment.

Location: Arlington, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

• 15 years of relevant experience in program management
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
