Job summary

Axiologic Solutions LLC, based in Northern Virginia, seeks a Program Management Support to advance NGA-related programs across the full acquisition life cycle. You will develop acquisition documentation, support source selection, and coordinate with government teams.

Role requires experience with DoD/NGA acquisitions, agile processes, and risk management. TS/SCI eligibility and polygraph are preferred; compensation aligns with federal ranges and location.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in acquisition, acquisition planning, and the development of acquisitions.
• B.A. or B.S. degree in an associated area such as, but not limited to, program management, business, computer science, management, geography, geospatial information systems (GIS), or cartography.
• Desired: Experience with cloud computing technologies.
• Experience with Military, Department of Defense, or NGA acquisition.
• Experience with agile software development, or the possession of agile certifications such as, but not limited to, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification.
• NGA Experience - understanding of Analysis and Source customers, specifically in Data Analytics.
• Data Analytics - Cloud Computing - User Engagement - Ability to connect with commercial Vendors.
• Amazon/AWS Cloud Cost knowledge/processing
• Data Analytic Platforms
• Cybersecurity and Project Management support, coordinating amongst organizations

Responsibilities

• The contractor shall assist in developing acquisition documentation (Acquisition Strategies, Statements of Work, Requests for Proposal, and acquisition and source selection plans) and present documents for Government approval.
• The contractor shall provide program management support that encompasses the entire program / acquisition life cycle.
• The contractor shall prepare, edit, review, and/or submit financial documentation and artifacts as requested by the Government.
• The contractor shall provide support in the oversight, test monitoring and verification, and agile backlog management of programs.
• The contractor shall participate in planning, execution, oversight and/or review of government and contractor program test activities and events.
• The contractor shall assist in the verification of new or existing requirements.
• The contractor shall participate in technical exchange meetings, program reviews, acquisition panels, and configuration boards.
• The contractor shall support risk identification and mitigation per NGA NGA risk management processes.
• The contractor shall assist in outreach to customers, stakeholders, and NGA/IC offices.
• The contractor shall support RFC activities and coordinate with review boards and system integrators.

We are currently seeking a Program Management Support to support our growing team. Overall Assignment Description: IPA requires program management support that will assist in carrying out the division's responsibilities that contribute to NGA's mission.
Duties include: * The contractor shall assist in developing acquisition documentation (Acquisition Strategies, Statements of Work, Requests for Proposal, and acquisition and source selection plans) and present those documents for Government approval.

• The contractor shall serve in an advisory role on source selection panels, document source selection findings, and if necessary support the Government in the defense of protest.
• The contractor shall provide the IPA with analysis based on independent review of deliverables provided. The contractor shall provide project management support that encompasses the entire program / acquisition life cycle.
• The contractor shall prepare, edit, review, and/or submit financial documentation and artifacts as requested by the Government, including, but not limited to: Air Force 9 generation and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request generation and submission in PRISM or other agency systems.
• The contractor shall provide support in the oversight, test monitoring and verification, and agile backlog management of programs within the division.
• The contractor shall participate in the planning, execution, oversight and/or review of government and contractor program test activities and events, including, but not limited to: * Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Operational Readiness
• Reviews (ORRs), Operational Acceptance Reviews (OAR), regression testing, user testing,
• Discrepancy Report (DR) verification and testing, and DR resolution testing. In addition, the contractor shall assist in the verification of new or existing requirements.
• The contractor shall participate in technical exchange meetings, program reviews, acquisition panels, and configuration boards as required to ensure the active participation and representation of IPA.
• The contractor shall support the program office in the identification and mitigation of risk in accordance with the NGA Risk Management process and other specific program risk management processes.
• The contractor shall provide support in the outreach to customers, stakeholders, foreign partners, and NGA and Intelligence Community offices.
• The contractor shall support IPA in the formulation and analysis of new requirements. The contractor shall support the Request for Change (RFCs) activities and work with NGA review boards, systems integrators (SIs) and segment contractors to support impact statements for RFCs affecting IPA programs and entities.
• The contractor shall provide the IPA with analysis and recommendations.
• The contractor shall demonstrate and apply exploitation systems domain knowledge, as well as knowledge of NGA, the DoD, and the Intelligence Community. Required: * Demonstrated experience in acquisition, acquisition planning, and the development of acquisitions.

Candidates with an active TS/SCI are preferred; candidates with a recent active TS may also be considered for SCI upgrade based on eligibility and program requirements. A CI polygraph is required for the position. Candidates without a current CI poly may be considered but must be willing and able to complete the required polygraph within the timeframe established by the applicable contract or customer. Salary Range - $120-145K The salary range is provided in good faith and is based on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, Federal Government contract labor category requirements, contract wage determinations when applicable, clearance requirements, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and approved funding.
  

For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good-faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.
