Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Program Management Support Specialist to support NSWC Crane programs. You will provide program, technical, and logistics support, coordinate communications, and help prepare plans, reports, and presentations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of related experience, and an active Secret clearance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong written/oral communication are essential.

• Active Secret US Government Clearance required.
• US Citizenship required to obtain Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide program, technical, and logistics support by managing communications, developing and reviewing reports, organizing meetings, and assisting with assessments.
• Analyze requirements and coordinate with customers to generate plans, schedules, briefings, reports, and related material.
• Compile inputs and assist in preparing presentation material.
• Assist in the management of master files/schedules related to the program.
• Assist in maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and databases to support program objectives.
• Coordinate the preparation, scheduling, and execution of multiple meetings, preparing discussion summaries, and tracking action items.
• Assist with workflow management to complete tasks.
• Perform other position-related duties as assigned or requested.

We are hiring a Program Management Support Specialist to support key programs at NSWC Crane.The Project Management Support Specialist will support research and development efforts for Counter-Unmanned Systems (C-UxS) programs.

Responsibilities

• Providing program, technical, and logistics support by managing communications, developing and reviewing reports, organizing meetings, and assisting with assessments
• Analyzing requirements, reviewing, and coordinating with customers to generate appropriate documentation such as plans, schedules, briefings, reports, correspondence, and/or related material
• Compiling inputs and assisting in preparing presentation material
• Assisting in the management of master files/schedules related to the program
• Assisting in the maintenance of reports, spreadsheets, and databases to support program objectives
• Coordinating the preparation, scheduling, and execution of multiple meetings, preparing discussion summaries, and tracking action items
• Assisting with workflow management to complete tasks
• Performing all other position-related duties as assigned or requested

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and at least 5 years of job-related experience or equivalent
• Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work and multi-task
• Flexibility and adaptability to start and stop tasks, as needed

Preferred

• 5 years of MS Project experience
• Familiarity with C-UxS or layered sensor/defeat systems, and requirements development.
• Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate

Compensation Details

$60,000 - $80,000
