Amentum is seeking a C-UxS Field Service Representative to support NSWC Crane programs in Crane, IN. You will drive project execution, provide C-UxS expertise, and collaborate with NSWC Crane, vendors, and SMEs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience, with up to 20% travel and an active Secret clearance. Top-Secret is preferred; 3+ years with Counter-UxS and a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Amentum representative for customer-focused C-UxS project activities, directly reporting to project leadership to support below activities as assigned.
• Provide C-UxS expertise to help guide all project execution issues.
• Support and conduct technology surveys to review specifications of CUxS systems against customer requirements.
• Support NSWC Crane efforts for capability gap and requirement refinement activities.
• Support, establish, and/or lead system integration and test efforts to determine select CUxS system, or system of systems, effectiveness and suitability for Navy missions.
• Develop and review technical documents associated with above efforts, such as system design documents, test plans, and assessment reports.
• Review performer/vendor’s technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Advise program management team on matters affecting project success, schedule, and cost impacts, and develop project recovery plans as required.
• Represent the organization in meetings and conferences as required.
• Support and/or lead integrated product teams (IPTs) in executing tasks.
• May supervise other staff members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Field Service Representative (FSR) with Counter-Unmanned Systems (C-UxS) experience will support portfolio system integration and assessment initiatives. The successful candidate will drive project execution in collaboration with NSWC Crane, Amentum, vendors, and other subject matter experts and supporting organizations.

The position is located and performed at Crane, IN in support of NSWC Crane, IN.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience.
• Experience working independently, or as a team member, to solve project/engineering/scientific problems.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency with developing schedules, work break down structures, word-processing, spreadsheets and integrated software applications
• Up to 20% Travel may be required
• Must have an active Secret US Government clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Top-Secret clearance
• 3+ years experience with Counter-UxS systems
• Knowledge of UxS threats and C-UxS technologies and operations, analysis, and/or assessments for US government agencies in the past 3+ years.
• Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate

Compensation Details:

$70,000 - $130,000
