Job summary
Quantum Sky is seeking a Program Management Support Specialist to support the RTSO program in San Diego, CA. The role will coordinate with the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE Maritime, Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations PMW 410) and contractors, assisting in program reviews and issue resolution.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of DoD experience, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly. Secret clearance is required; travel is anticipated.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience supporting the DoD
- Keen stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Flexible, responsive, and outcome driven support to RTSO APM
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams for collaboration
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Responsibilities
- Opening for 1 person to support Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Maritime, Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations Program Office (PMW 410), providing support to the RTSO program.
- Assist in coordinating activities between program management, customer, and contractors by participating in program reviews and events.
- Assist in identifying and resolving new issues related to changes with acquisition, delivery, or installation of systems.
