Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced program and supply chain professional for Onsite roles in Richardson, TX to manage supplier relations, material planning, and program strategy across lifecycle stages. Candidates should bring extensive PMI/SCM experience and U.S. government regulatory familiarity.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, status reporting, and ensuring on-time production through effective RFP/RFQ support and proactive task execution.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in supply chain, finance, operations, project management, or program management.
• Minimum 5 years experience working with suppliers.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract.
• Experience in Material Forecasting, MRP, EAC, and/or EV; supply chain in Aerospace/Defense.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR, ITAR/EAR, TINA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work with program and partnering functions to ensure successful supplier management and execution.
• Provide supply chain support for RLPM (RTX Lifecycle Program Management).
• Create, manage, and execute Material Program Strategy (MPS) and Material Program Plan (MPP) to enable execution from front end to contract closure.
• Prepare and present status slides during team tag-ups, program and customer reviews.
• Participate in weekly supplier engagements to ensure performance.
• Maintain the MRP environment and program schedules balancing supply and demand.
• Own supplier and finance management processes (risk/opportunity, line of balance, metrics, forecasts).
• Assist procurement with RFPs/RFQs and expedite urgent tasks.
