Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior Project Manager to steer the enterprise AI-agent foundation and oversee initial AI use cases. You will coordinate across AI architects, engineers, developers, business units, IT, and leadership to ensure timely delivery and clear governance.

You will balance speed with security and quality, manage risks and dependencies, and report progress to senior leadership. This role supports a remote-capable, highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and delivery activities for the enterprise AI-agent foundation.
• Coordinate work across AI architect, AI engineer, full stack developer, business teams, IT teams, and leadership.
• Establish and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, priorities, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, status reviews, and decision-making discussions.
• Track deliverables, actions, decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Identify delivery blockers and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Provide clear status reporting to technical and business leadership.
• Help teams define scope, priorities, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.

This individual will help organize priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and delivery activities across business, architecture, engineering, security, and leadership teams.The role does not require the same depth of technical engineering expertise as the Senior AI Engineer or Senior Full Stack Developer.
