This role involves owning large, cross-functional programs from concept through to activation. The position requires partnership with Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Legal teams to ensure complex, multi-workstream initiatives remain on track and are delivered on time.Key Responsibilities* Own and drive key program milestones from end to end, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to keep deliverables and launches on track.* Build and maintain the working relationships necessary for delivery across engineering, data science, data engineering, product, operations, sales, and legal partners.* Develop the internal and external communications, reports, and collateral required for successful program activation.* Serve as the operational backbone for program activation, owning meeting cadences, process design, and documentation.* Use data to build progress reporting, including status updates and readouts for executive leadership.* Manage inbound communications from internal stakeholders, triaging questions and escalations to resolution.* Own the cross-team timeline for assigned projects, hold the critical path, surface slippage, and drive re-sequencing decisions.* Own delivery integration by reconciling interfaces and assumptions to ensure work from several teams fits together.* Maintain stakeholder alignment at the project level, keeping decisions, trade-offs, and open questions visible to affected teams.Required Qualifications* Proven experience managing complex programs from inception to completion, including scoping, planning, and delivery.* Demonstrated ability to drive results and influence without direct authority.* Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.* Strong operational background, bringing teams and functions together to improve efficiency.* Experience partnering with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and regions.* Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.* Proficiency with standard productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word or equivalents).* 8+ years of project or program management experience, including multi-team projects owned end to end.* Demonstrated experience owning the timeline for a multi-team project where key dependencies were outside the reporting line.* Experience integrating deliverables across engineering and operations teams.* Fluency with AI tools in everyday delivery work to draft, summarize, analyze, and accelerate routine project work.* Experience in a partner-facing or agency-facing program context.Preferred Qualifications* Knowledge of digital advertising and related advertising products.* Familiarity with incentive, rebate, or co-op marketing programs.* Experience with partner or agency-facing platforms and their operational systems.Soft Skills* Self-starter who can independently prioritize competing work streams and communicate priorities clearly.* Comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of a fast-moving, evolving environment.* Analytical mindset, able to work with data to build reports and translate findings into actionable insights.* Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to build trust and credibility.* Bias toward action, with sound judgment on when to move fast and when to escalate.* Adaptable and resilient, able to reset priorities as business needs shift.* Collaborative and low-ego, with a track record of shared wins across teams. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
