Job summary

ProCleared LLC in Arnold, MO seeks an experienced Analyst to provide hands-on support across the acquisition lifecycle for DoD programs. You will independently develop SOWs, PWS, IGCEs, and JAs while coordinating with ISPs, engineering, and finance to ensure funded, actionable procurement actions.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance and 3–10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s, plus knowledge of DoW/IC acquisition processes and government source selection.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s, compliant with GSA standards.
• Experience in full lifecycle of DoW or IC acquisitions.
• Proven experience developing acquisition documentation (SOWs, PWS, IGCEs, J&As).

Responsibilities

• Independently developing acquisition documentation across the lifecycle (SOWs, PWS, Market Research, J&As).
• Assist in IGCE preparation by analyzing historical cost data.
• Participate in program meetings and capture acquisition-related impacts.
• Coordinate with ISPs, engineering, and finance to ensure funded requirements for contracts.
