Job summary

Scot Forge, a maker of high-performance forged components with a long history, is seeking a Corporate Functional Manager, Maintenance to lead enterprise-wide maintenance strategy and reliability across our facilities in Illinois and Wisconsin. This role collaborates with Plant Managers and leaders to standardize best practices and drive transformational change.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing, preferably heavy industrial environments.
• Experience in metals manufacturing, forging, steel, machining, heat treat, foundry, or similar operations strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading operational improvement, reliability initiatives, and organizational change.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability practices, and industrial equipment maintenance.
• Ability to influence teams and drive results across multiple locations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

We're hiring a Corporate Functional Manager, Maintenance to provide enterprise-wide leadership for maintenance operations across our manufacturing facilities.

This high-impact role is responsible for developing maintenance strategy, reliability programs, and leadership capability across the organization. You'll partner with Plant Managers and functional leaders to improve equipment performance, standardize best practices, and drive transformational change across multiple locations.

This role is responsible for our plants in Spring Grove, IL, Franklin Park, IL, and Clinton, WI. The Corporate Manager may work out of any of our three locations.
