Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology or related field with 8+ years of experience.
  • US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
  • Travel up to 50% may be required for this role.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program delivery for multiple environmental remediation projects for federal clients.
  • Manage project portfolios, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Serve as the primary contact for federal agency stakeholders and maintain client relationships.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Program Management Manager (Federal Environmental Remediation) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead the delivery of complex environmental remediation programs for federal clients, ensuring projects are executed with strong discipline across scope, schedule, budget, and quality. The position requires close coordination with government stakeholders, multidisciplinary technical teams, and subcontractors to drive compliant, efficient, and high-quality outcomes. You will help shape execution strategy, oversee technical and operational progress, and support long-term client relationships across a portfolio of remediation work.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
