Fincantieri Marinette Marine is seeking a Program Management Intern at our Marinette, WI location. The intern will support the program management office, coordinating with multiple internal departments to prepare weekly program metrics, including variance analysis and change tracking.

Domestic travel may be required. The role provides exposure to tracking production progress, launch readiness, and management of government property and long-lead equipment within a leading shipbuilding environment.

Qualifications

• Support program management office activities and coordinate with internal departments.
• Assist in preparation of weekly program metrics including variance analysis and tracking changes.

Responsibilities

• Track production progress and closure of Corrective Action Reports and other change requests.
• Track progress toward Launch, including testing and readiness reviews.
• Reconcile government property and manage tracking of GFP, GFE, and long-lead hardware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
