Program Management Integrator

Huntsville, AL | Active Secret Clearance

Your expertise. Our nation's defense.

As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, we know what it means to serve, and we build our team around people who take pride in protecting those who protect us. Here, your work directly supports the warfighter, your voice is heard, and your growth matters.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Banner Defense is seeking a seasoned Army acquisition professional to serve as Program Integrator, providing critical support to the Assistant Product Manager (APM) for the Common Autonomous Multi-Domain Launcher (CAML) team. In this role, you will serve as the principal integrator across engineering, contracting, logistics, business, test, and operations, ensuring programmatic alignment, timely task execution, and synchronization with internal and external stakeholders.

You will keep the program moving every day: tracking and closing high-priority taskings, shaping the briefings and decision materials leadership relies on, and flagging the issues, risks, and decisions that need attention before they become problems. Your experience in the Army acquisition environment will help deliver an autonomous launcher capability to the warfighter.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Serve as the principal integrator across functional teams, including engineering, contracting, logistics, budget, business, test, and operations, to ensure unity of effort, consistent communication, and timely program execution

  • Develop and manage schedules, action trackers, and battle rhythm events to support program planning and execution
  • Track high-priority actions, milestones, risks, decisions, and leadership taskings to ensure accountability and timely closure
  • Monitor and manage operational taskings from higher headquarters (AFPO, PAE, ASA(ALT), and others) to ensure timely responses and coordinated input from all stakeholders
  • Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), working groups, and ad hoc meetings to document decisions and ensure follow-through
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for safety-related incidents or anomalies
  • Assist the APM in preparing high-quality presentations, leadership briefings, reports, and decision materials, including inputs to General Officer (GO)-level engagements and milestone reviews
  • Develop and maintain program briefing charts, leadership updates, and decision materials
  • Ensure consistent and accurate program messaging across internal and external engagements
  • Maintain program-wide situational awareness of program performance, key risks, dependencies, and decision points, flagging critical issues to the APM and leadership
  • Provide continuity of operations during leadership absences and assist with onboarding new personnel
  • Coordinate with internal Army organizations and external stakeholders to track actions, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with program objectives
  • Identify emerging issues, dependencies, and decisions requiring leadership attention
  • Support travel coordination, meeting logistics, and site visit planning for program events, including some travel to contractor and government locations
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Master's degree (MS or MA)
  • 10+ years in an Army acquisition environment supporting a project or product office
  • Active Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship
  • Some travel to contractor and government locations is required.
