• Identify, develop, and implement improved program management processes, tools, and best practices across units.
• Build and mentor senior program management leadership with required competencies and behaviors.
• Create performance metrics, dashboards, and tools to monitor program management effectiveness.
• Review underperforming programs and oversee recovery execution with leadership.
