Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an entry level professional to join the NGJ-LB PM team to support our dynamic organization onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role focuses on coordinating with PMs and engineers to finalize project plans and schedules.

You will organize documentation, assist with meeting materials, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve workflow while ensuring security and policy compliance. This 9/80 schedule offers every other Friday off and onsite work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years related experience; graduate degree or equivalent with 0–2 years; or 6+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• 1 year experience using AI applications with judgment and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PMs and engineers to finalize project plan presentations.
• Coordinate timelines, deadlines, and meetings across staff levels.
• Organize, track, and maintain project and program documentation.
• Participate in project/program meetings as requested.
• Assist in preparing materials for program meetings.
• Assist with staff expense reports and issue adjudication.
• Assist with SharePoint and MS Teams administration.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to support coordination, documentation, and workflow while maintaining confidentiality.
