Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 8+ years rel. experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of three years coordinating cross-functional teams or IPTs.
• Minimum of three years using program management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
• Minimum of two years preparing or supporting program briefings, reviews, or status updates.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain program structure and operating rhythm across IPTs.
• Develop and refine PM processes to improve coordination and scalability.
• Review IMS/IMP and program documentation.
• Support execution toward program financial and operational objectives.
• Maintain situational awareness across IPTs and manage risks.
• Deploy program-wide visibility tools like Palantir Foundry, Power BI, Jira, Teams, and SAP Web Intelligence.
• Coordinate internal, executive, and customer program reviews.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Ensure readiness for security clearance Day One.
