The role requires 4+ years of cross‑functional coordination, PM tool proficiency (Jira, MS Project), and ability to brief executives. Travel up to 25% and Day One U.S. clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience; Graduate Degree with at least 2 years; or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of three years coordinating cross-functional teams or IPTs.
• Minimum of three years using program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
• Minimum of two years preparing or supporting program briefings, reviews, or status updates.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain program structure, processes, and operating rhythm across IPTs and support organizations.
• Develop and refine program management processes to improve coordination and scalability.
• Review and monitor IMS, IMP, and program documentation.
• Support execution toward program financial and operational objectives.
• Maintain situational awareness across IPTs, identifying interdependencies and risks.
• Deploy and maintain program-wide visibility tools, including Palantir Foundry, Power BI, Jira, Teams, and SAP Web Intelligence.
• Build automated workflows and integrated data pipelines through Palantir Foundry.
• Manage preparation and coordination for internal, executive, and customer reviews.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to address program challenges.
