KAIROS Inc. is seeking a Program Management Capability Manager to support operations, acquisitions, and resource management for personnel, training, and development. This role partners with the Capability Director to drive strategy, growth, and capability integration across programs.

Responsibilities include budget alignment, SME support for capture efforts, and leadership of performance evaluations. Active Secret clearance is required for this internal position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advancement.
• Experience substitutions allowed for degree requirements.
• 10 years of related leadership experience may substitute for degree.
• 7+ years of capability/leadership experience are required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support Capability Director with gap analysis in tools, processes, and skills.
• Assist in strategic growth within Program Management for KAIROS.
• Provide SME input for capture/proposal efforts as needed.
• Assist with budget allocations related to capability needs.
• Develop and align team capabilities with organizational priorities.
• Lead and evaluate team performance annually or as needed.
• Assist with recruitment, interviews, and staff training.
• Contribute to out-year planning, risk analysis, and capability roadmaps.
• Build relationships with customers to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on capability trends and recommend improvements.
• Participate in corporate requirements and company events.
• Represent KAIROS with customers and coordinate with other Capability Managers.
• Identify and mitigate risks with Capability Directors.
