## Program Management AdministratorApply: On Campus: Rochester, NY: Full time: Posted Today: JR102167**Position Highlights**The Program Manager plays a key role in advancing the mission of the Center for Urban Entrepreneurship (CUE) by leading innovative programs, conducting scholarly and market research, and supporting aspiring entrepreneurs as they launch and grow their businesses. Reporting directly to the Director, this position is responsible for researching effective program models, developing and implementing mission-driven initiatives, evaluating outcomes, and building strategic partnerships that enhance entrepreneurial success. The Program Manager will also provide market research training and support to CUE clients, collaborate with community partners, and supervise student employees. Key responsibilities include: * Conducting interdisciplinary scholarly research and industry market research to support program development and client success.* Designing, implementing, and evaluating entrepreneurial programs aligned with CUE's mission, vision, and budget.* Providing market research training, guidance, and resources to entrepreneurs and small business owners.* Building and maintaining partnerships with organizations that offer complementary resources and programs.* Assessing program effectiveness and preparing reports that measure outcomes and impact.* Hiring, training, and supervising student employees who support CUE operations and initiatives. **Center for Urban Entrepreneurship**The Center for Urban Entrepreneurship (CUE) at Rochester Institute of Technology is a vibrant hub dedicated to fostering economic growth and community wealth through entrepreneurship.
