Job summary

Ampcus Inc. seeks a highly organized Program Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to support supply chain and logistics across multiple programs.

You will maintain material visibility, ensure inventory accuracy, coordinate with suppliers, and manage international shipping and Incoterms responsibilities. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with experience in ERP/MRP systems and a willingness to travel 50–70% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in supply chain, logistics, business, or operations management.
• 3+ years in logistics, inventory control, or program coordination.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, material tracking, and supplier coordination.
• Experience managing purchase orders and supplier expediting.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping, title transfer, cargo insurance, and liability concepts.
• Experience handling returns, damaged goods investigations, or reverse logistics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and material status reports.
• Conduct routine inventory reviews and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers to expedite deliveries and mitigate schedule risks.
• Track material readiness, shipment status, and logistics performance for stakeholders.
• Support domestic and international transportation while ensuring shipping compliance.
• Apply Incoterms, title transfer, insurance, and liability concepts to logistics planning.
• Investigate damaged products and shipping discrepancies; drive corrective actions.
• Manage returns and Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes.
• Learn and apply product-specific storage, handling, and preservation requirements.
• Analyze logistics and inventory data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Program Management, Warehousing, Quality, and suppliers.
