Credera is a global consulting firm that delivers transformational programs and AI-enabled solutions. As a Manager in our Program Leadership capability, you will be a subject matter expert guiding client needs, program structure, and execution while mentoring junior team members.

You will foster executive communications, build client relationships, and drive strategy-to-delivery across engagements in a fast-evolving tech landscape.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting experience or an industry equivalent.
• 4+ years of project management and/or technical leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead teams.
• Strong client-facing skills and external relationship building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translates complex ideas clearly.
• Adept at Agile practices (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Identify and clarify client needs; set up program structure and communication methods.
• Manage implementation activities and connect strategy to execution.
• Lead teams to meet or exceed program goals; manage client relationships.
• Foster a learning environment for junior project team members.
• Coach junior talent and contribute to Practice activities and business development.
