Job summary

You will guide Agile adoption, craft executive communications, and oversee discovery workshops while mentoring junior team members.
With 6+ years of consulting or industry experience and 4+ years in project management/tech leadership, you’ll translate complex concepts into clear plans and drive value for clients
Qualifications
- 6+ years of consulting experience or industry equivalent
- 4+ years of project management or technical leadership
- Mentorship and client-facing experience
- Excellent communicator with ability to translate complex concepts
- Ability to learn quickly in a changing market
- Strong accountability and delivery mindset
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across capabilities to develop and execute a program plan meeting client business and technical objectives
- Conduct market research to inform future client digital products
- Advise on Agile practices to implement in technology organizations
- Develop and deliver executive-level communications for program updates
- Conduct discovery workshops to document client challenges and map an implementation roadmap
- Coach junior talent and contribute to Practice development and business initiatives
