Job summary

Corning Incorporated seeks a Program Leader to support the CORE Program, a pipeline for developing technical talent across Corning Optical Communications. The role focuses on program logistics, stakeholder reporting, and recruitment material management.

The position requires collaboration across Technology, Manufacturing, and Engineering in the United States, with the goal of delivering on schedule and within budget while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and executive-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business or related field.
• 3+ years of project leadership or program/administrative coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.
• Experience managing cross-functional program logistics, communications, and documentation in a corporate environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional program logistics, communications, meetings, and events to deliver CORE Program goals on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and program summaries to monitor CORE Program status to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Manage program documentation including rotation schedules, learning plans, meeting minutes, and recruiting materials.
• Coordinate program calendars and maintain proactive organization across all CORE Program activities.
• Interface directly with CORE candidates, Talent Acquisition, finance, and division leaders to support program delivery.
• Assist with continuous improvement projects as identified or assigned by the CORE Program Manager.
