Corning Incorporated seeks a Program Leader to support the CORE Program, a pipeline for developing technical talent across Corning Optical Communications in the United States.

The role involves coordinating cross-functional logistics, preparing executive-level presentations, and maintaining documentation for leadership. It also includes interfacing with candidates, Talent Acquisition, and division leaders to drive program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional program logistics, communications, meetings, and events to deliver CORE Program goals on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and program summaries to monitor CORE status for leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage program documentation including rotation schedules, learning plans, meeting minutes, and recruiting materials.
• Coordinate program calendars and maintain proactive organization across all CORE activities.
• Interface with CORE candidates, Talent Acquisition, finance, and division leaders to support program delivery.
• Assist with continuous improvement projects as identified by the CORE Program Manager.
