Job summary

Arc is seeking Program Leaders to support after-school programs across the region. You will jump into new environments, create engaging activities, and ensure youth safety while building relationships with diverse teams. This part-time role offers consistent afternoon hours and exposure to multiple age groups and sites.

Responsibilities include managing behaviors, supervising students, and taking initiative to support programs and staff in a dynamic, inclusive environment.
