  • Provide on-site support during critical times and complete administrative tasks remotely.
  • Participate in hiring, training, and ongoing evaluation of staff.
  • Communicate updates and reports to senior leadership on program performance.

Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experiencedProgram Leaderto oversee all youth programs operating for Burlingame area. Thishybrid positioncombines on-site presence (3–4 hours/day) with remote work (2–3 hours/day), supporting a wide range of enrichment programs for students across multiple school sites. The Program Leader serves as a key liaison between school staff, instructors, parents, and the leadership team, ensuring program excellence, compliance, and coordination district-wide.

  • Ability to manage multiple teams and programs across different locations.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with hybrid work (Zoom, Google Workspace, email, scheduling tools, etc.).
  • Self-starter with strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Reliable transportation for daily on-site visits within the district.
  • Must pass a background check and meet district clearance requirements.
