Job summary

Tanner-Health-1 seeks a Lead Therapist to provide leadership, direction, and supervision to the program staff in collaboration with the Program Manager. The role emphasizes clinical oversight, team coordination, and adherence to mental health standards.

Required is a Master’s degree with relevant licensure/certifications and at least one year of related experience; CPR and SCIPP training must be obtained within 90 days of employment and maintained thereafter.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience.
• Working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
• Ability to concentrate on tasks and meet deadlines.
• Confidential handling of all information.
• Basic data entry skill; computer familiarity.
• Knowledge of abnormal psychology and mental health concepts.
• Reading/comprehension, writing and basic math skills.
• Crisis management and persuasive skills with patients/families when needed.
• Initial CPR and Level II SCIPP certification within 90 days; maintain certifications.
