The Clinical Team Lead at Tanner Health leads the treatment team for children and adolescents, coordinating admissions and discharges and guiding clinical billing standards under supervision. This role requires strong clinical expertise and Georgia licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) with at least 3 years of pediatric experience.

You will work collaboratively with parents, guardians and schools to provide effective treatment, using individual, family and school contacts as needed.

Formación

• Master's degree in psychology or a related field.
• Georgia licensure as an independent practitioner (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• Minimum 3 years of child/adolescent treatment experience.
• Ability to concentrate and meet deadlines.
• Strong confidentiality and data handling skills.
• Good reading, writing, and mathematical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical direction to the treatment team and coordinate admissions/discharges.
• Oversee coordination of clinical billing standards within the team.
• Deliver appropriate treatment to children, adolescents, and their parents/guardians under supervision.
