Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for Supply Chain with SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA expertise. The role is a 12-month contract located onsite in Santa Clara, CA. The candidate will lead end-to-end programs across IT, Sales, and other business functions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in program management, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and familiarity with SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and ERP implementations. Health benefits are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of program/project management experience, leading Supply Chain/ERP implementations.
• Experience developing SIT/UAT strategies, defect triage, regression testing, and cutover runbooks.
• Hands-on with JIRA and RAID logs; proficient in collaboration tools in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent facilitation and executive communication skills; able to engage cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of interrelated projects within complex programs; define scope, milestones, risks, and timelines.
• Establish governance, project plans, schedules, templates, and reporting for IT, Sales, Channel, Marketing, Product teams.
• Prepare executive communications, meeting notes, steering materials, and leadership updates.
• Define SIT/UAT governance, test scripts, data, defects, retesting, and go/no-go criteria.
